Fees
- Early Registration (up to June, 18th): 450.- €
- Late Registration: 500.- €
- Accompanying Persons: 200,-€
- Day ticket: 100.- €
Registration fee covers:
- Admission to scientific sessions including exhibition
- Final programme and abstract book
- Coffee breaks
- Buffet Lunch
- Dinner
- Admission to the welcome reception
- Admission to the symposium banquet
Accompanying Persons fee covers:
- Admission to the welcome reception
- 3x dinner
- Admission to the symposium banquet

Cancellation
- Up to May, 22nd full reimbursement minus handling fee of 30.- €
- Up to July, 18th reimbursement minus 150.- € (cancellation conference package)
- Up to August, 7th reimbursement of 150.- € (cancellation conference package)
- Refund of any costs is not possible in the event of cancellations made after August, 7th or in the event of no show.
Online registration will be possible from Feb. 1st, 2015 onwards.
Accommodation
The University of Vienna has pre-booked rooms at Schloß Wilhelminenberg. These rooms will be allocated to participants free of any handling fee. For accommodation options please follow the link below.
