Venue

The workshop will take place at Schloss Wilhelminenberg, which is situated in a spacious park on the northwestern outskirts of Vienna with a wonderful view over the city.

The castle was built in the late 18th century and was named “Wilhelminenberg” in order to remind of Wilhelmine, wife of Moritz Duke of Montleart, who gave the castle to her as a present in 1865. Its quite eventful past can be found on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schloss_Wilhelminenberg. At the beginning of the 20th century it was reconstructed in the Second Empire Style.

Today Schloss Wilhelminenberg offers conference facilities of various sizes as well as different kinds of accommodation (single rooms, double rooms with twin/separate beds). Additionally, a hostel situated nearby provides low priced rooms.
